§ 136. Fishing licence (1) A fishing licence shall be issued to a fishing vessel entered in the state register of fishing vessels, based on the provisions of Council Regulation 3690/93/EC establishing a Community system laying down rules for the minimum information to be contained in fishing licences (OJ L 341, 31.12.1993, pp. 93–95; L 019, 25.01.1996, p. 57).
